Usability is a term to denote the ease of use of a tool or system. In the context of computers, it is an approach to make software and website as user friendly as possible for the end user; eliminating the need for them to undergo any special training.

Usability testing is an approach to measure the ease of use of software and website. Real-life problems are found by employing different usability methods and everyday users to test the system.

How do we do it?

Analysis >> Accessibility

 
Accessibility is a term used to describe the extent to which a tool or system is accessible for disabled users. An accessible software or website enables users of disabilities to get the maximum number of benefits as other user would normally get.

It is required by law under Disability Discrimination Act 1995 for all software and websites to be accessible for disabled users. As a result the Web Accessibility Initiative has published a set of guidelines and benchmarks to make sure websites meet the accessibility requirements.
